After the struggles of the last few years we are proud to say that Goleen Developments Ltd. are continuing to offer our services to the public and civil sectors. We are happy that our crews are working and maintaining the same standard of excellence that we possessed prior to the downturn in building we have seen the last years. Goleen Developments Ltd. was formed in 2006 by Diarmuid and Michael O'Regan. Although the company's main work is in the building & civils area we quote for all types of construction. All work carried out is under personal supervision and carried out to a very high standard. The company is registered with the CIF and Homebond, and carry all up-to-date insurances.

Building Contracting
- Goleen Developments have carried out a large number of projects in County Cork since 2006. These include reconstruction of existing homes, extensions, new homes and commercial buildings. All new homes come with a 10 year guarantee backed by Homebond. All work is carried out to a high level of quality as our standard procedure.
Corelacka Masonary
- This area is run by Barry O'Regan and covers all brickwork, blockwork and all types of stonework. For quotation ring office.
Turnkey Homes

- This area of the company was started in August 2010. The idea is that in the economic times we are in, we could build quality houses at affordable prices on clients own site.
We have seven designs which can be adapted to suit individual needs. All houses are built to building regulations and a BER cert issued on completion.
Once we are contacted by the client and meet to discuss the particular house type, we then apply for the Planning Permission. The client is kept up-to-date and consulted throughout the process. Having gotten planning permission we then start site excavation.
We also offer clients a choice of 5 different kitchen types; 5 floor and wall tile choices and wooden floor types, then we proceed with all interior decorating. External footpaths are included in the price as well.
Electrical
- In May 2010 having employed a qualified electrician, Goleen Electrical Services registered with the ECSSA as electrical contractors and now all electrical work is carried out by our own electricians and quality work is assured.
Plant Hire
- All aspects of Plant Hire and Civil Engineering work are carried out by the company.
S.E.A.I. (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland)
- The company is registered with the SEAI to carry out all attic / roof insulation and internal dry lining.
