Goleen Developments is a West Cork based building company, working throughout County Cork and surrounding counties. The work we carry out ranges from refurbishment, extensions, new houses, housing schemes and commercial buildings, and small civil engineering contracts.The service we provide can take a project from start to handover of keys ready to move in. By working with clients we help take their project through to completion in as easy a manner as possible. This is important to people as for most it is a big investment in their property and need the reassurance that they are getting the best for their money.
All our work is carried out under personal supervision. All our staff are qualified in their trade and up to date on all building materials and building regulations. All staff are up to date on health and safety and carryout training on a regular basis. Health and Safety is a priority for the company and we have a safety officer employed who draws up a plan for each site and keeps all records up to date.
All new houses are covered by Home-bond. The company is Cif and Home-bond registered and is also on the register for the Home Improvement Scheme.
The future looks good for Goleen Developments as we grow from strength to strength creating more employment as we take on more projects. As most of our work comes from recommendations from previous clients, quality and reliability is our number one priority.

Building Contracting
- Goleen Developments have carried out a large number of projects in County Cork. These include reconstruction of existing homes, extensions, new homes and commercial buildings. All new homes come with a 10 year guarantee backed by Homebond. All work is carried out to a high level of quality as our standard procedure.
Electrical
- In May 2010 having employed a qualified electrician, Goleen Electrical Services registered with the ECSSA as electrical contractors and now all electrical work is carried out by our own electricians and quality work is assured.
Plant Hire
- All aspects of Plant Hire and Civil Engineering work are carried out by the company.
